Coffee Cherry Martini
Our Coffee & Cherry Syrup makes an incredible two ingredient martini! This is the perfect twist on a classic Espresso Martini...Â
Ingredients:
50ml Vodka
60ml Coffee & Cherry Syrup
Method:
Add both ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice and shake rigourously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans or maraschino cherries.
Gin & Ginger Royale

Ingredients:
3 drops Raspberry & Blackcurrant Seltz Drops
50ml Lychee Gin
20ml ginger wine
Soda water
Method:
Pour the lychee gin, ginger wine and Seltz Drops into a champagne flute and top up with soda water. Garnish with raspberries or blackberries.Â
Spiced Orange Storm

Ingredients:
40ml Spiced Rum
30ml Spiced Orange Syrup
10ml Ginger wine
20ml Lemon Juice
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a short glass over ice. Garnish with dried orange and star anise.
Vanilla Dawn
Put a little Spring in your step with this pretty & pink concoction, made with our Experimental Release Vanilla Rose Soda Syrup. Â
Ingredients:
30ml Vanilla Galliano
30ml Six Barrel Vanilla Rose Soda Syrup
45ml Lemon Juice
30ml Egg White
Ice
Slice of lemon for garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well, without ice, until the contents are foamy. Add ice and shake vigorously again. Strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Make a mocktail version by switching the Galliano for an extra 30ml of Vanilla Rose syrup.
