Local mixologist Maick Coolen (Dragonfly) created this beautiful cocktail with our new limited edition Spiced Orange Syrup...
Ingredients:
- 40ml Spiced Rum
- 30ml Spiced Orange Syrup
- 10ml Ginger wine
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a short glass over ice. Garnish with dried orange and star anise.
