
This is our re-interpretation of a South Side Rickey, made in collaboration with St Andrews Limes...
Ingredients
- 60ml dry gin
- 30ml lime juice
- 30ml Six Barrel Soda Lime Syrup
- 50ml St Andrews Limes Limonade
- Fresh mint and lime slice for garnishÂ
Method
- Select and pre-chill a tall (or Collins) glass.
- Prepare the garnish of lime slice and mint sprigs.
- SHAKE the gin, lime juice and lime syrup with ice.
- STRAIN into an ice-filled glass.
- TOP UP with Limonade.
- Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprigs.
