Mimosas are one of the easiest cocktails to make, as they're simply equal parts orange juice and champagne. We thought we'd give this well-loved classic a little Six Barrel love by adding a dash of our Strawberry Ginger Syrup, and the result was ludicrously tasty!
Ingredients
- Brut champagne
- Freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 30ml Strawberry Ginger Syrup
- Fresh strawberries and mandarins for garnish
Method
- Add 30ml of Strawberry Ginger Syrup to a champagne flute
- Top up to halfway with orange juice
- Top up the rest of the glass with champagne
- Garnish with fresh strawberry and a slice of mandarin
