It's quick, it's easy, it's boozy. It's our Cherry & Pomegranate Martini... Ingredients: 60ml gin/vodka 15ml dry vermouth 15ml Cherry & Pomegranate Syrup Ice Method: In a cocktail shaker, build the vodka/gin, vermouth, syrup and ice. Shake or stir, your call. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with fresh or maraschino cherry.

Mimosas are one of the easiest cocktails to make - just equal parts orange juice and champagne. We thought we'd give this well-loved classic a little Six Barrel love by adding a dash of our Strawberry Ginger Syrup, and the result was ludicrously tasty!  Ingredients Brut champagne Freshly-squeezed orange juice  30ml Strawberry Ginger Syrup Fresh strawberries and mandarins for garnish Method Add 30ml of Strawberry Ginger Syrup to a champagne flute Top up to halfway with orange juice Top up the rest of the glass with champagne Garnish with fresh strawberry and a slice of mandarin

Thanks to our friends at Parched Garnishes for this delicious Amaretto Sour recipe... Ingredients 50mL Amaretto 45mL Lemonade Soda Syrup Dash Angostura Bitters 1 egg white – optional Garnish – Parched Dehydrated Lemon Slice Method Pour your ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds (if using the egg white, give it a little extra muscle and a little extra time). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or into an ice-filled Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with a Parched dehydrated lemon slice.
