Build in a tall glass, over ice:
- 30 ml Kiwifruit Gin (or regular gin)
- 10 ml lime juice
- 20 ml Kiwifruit & Kawakawa Syrup
- 1 dash Bob's Summer Bitters
Top with lemonade, fresh mint, 1 lime wedge and ice.
Garnish: Thyme sprig and dehydrated kiwifruit
