This Rum & Coffee Hot Chocolate is made our limited edition Coffee & Cherry Syrup. It combines the deep, comforting notes of coffee and chocolate with the smooth, caramel undertones of rum, creating a truly irresistible winter beverage. Sip, savour, and let it melt away the cold.
Ingredients (serves 2)
200ml milk (or oat milk)
60ml rum
60ml Coffee & Cherry Syrup
Method
- Gently heat the milk in a pan then stir in the drinking chocolate until it's completely dissolved
- Add the rum and Coffee & Cherry syrup and stir
- Pour into small glasses or cups and garnish with shaved dark chocolate or cinnamon
