Ingredients:
30mL Grapefruit syrup
30mL gin or Seedlip
Fresh Grapefruit
Sparkling or soda water
Ice
Method:
Fill glass with ice, pour over Grapefruit syrup and gin or Seedlip. Top up with sparkling or soda water. Garnish with grapefruit slices.
