Raspbery & Bergamot Iced Tea

Thanks to our friends at Libertine Blends for creating this refreshing and zingy iced tea recipe, which combines their Luxe Grey tea with our Raspberry & Lemon Syrup…

Ingredients (makes two)

2 tbsp Luxe Grey tea (or 2 tea bags)

60ml Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Syrup

Fresh/frozen raspberries

Sparkling water & ice

Method

  1. Make a batch of sparkling cold brew Luxe Grey tea. Add the tea to 1 litre of sparkling water in a bottle; seal tight, and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
  2. Put a few cubes of ice in a tumbler and pour in your cold brew tea, leaving a few centimetres at the top of the glass. You may need to pour through a sieve if you use loose leaf tea. 
  3. Add 30ml of Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Syrup, stir, and garnish with a few raspberries.
